With all the hoopla surrounding the Supreme Court allowing gambling on games to become legal, people need to know…DON’T EVER CASH OUT OF YOUR SPORT BETTING ACCOUNT. This sounds counter intuitive, but I assure you that cashing out only allows you to miss opportunities.

Over the past few weeks I ran my account to 4 figures, went back to down to 2 figures, back up to 4 figures, and decided to cash out $400 bucks while gambling with the $280 remaining in the account. The account now shows:

My last $20 is actually on a big hitter named Lucas Pouille who is playing today in a few minutes, so it’s possible I’m not technically busto. What this means though is that if Pouille doesn’t win, I’m going to have to re-depo, the worst words any gambler wants to hear. Fortunately with this law being passed, it looks like I’ll be able to use Draftkings to bet on games and avoid the 6% that Bovada and my credit card rape me for.

The other issue with cashing out is that I have gambling remorse for missing out on these opportunities when my account was depleting. Blackjack Fletcher went 7-0 over the last 2 days and I’m sitting on the sideline playing with my pud. If I had money in the account, this would not have been an issue.

This is why “YOU NEVER CASH OUT”.
