Every week people in our bowling league purchase raffle tickets for a strike pot. If your ticket gets called, you have one chance to roll a strike and win the money. If you miss, it rolls over to the next week.
Last night your boy got called for the chance to win $250.
Let’s get this straight, the strike pot is INTENSE. The whole league stops to watch and everyone is rooting for you to miss. This is not for the faint of heart. You need nerves of steel to even attempt the throw.
Would I rise to the occasion? Would I fold under pressure? Would people cheer for me because I’m beloved or boo me because I’m a loser?

There’s a lot to digest in this video.
Am I clutch? Of course I am. Am I performer? Of course I am. Do people love me? Of course they do. I was born for moments like that.
Is it sad that the most clutch athletic feat of my life came in a bowling league at 30 years old? I can’t comment on that. I’m just taking it one ball at a time, trying to be the best that I can be.
I was going to end this post with a list of my most clutch moments but after starting the list and seeing every entry was video game related I decided to bag that idea.
Please share this with your friends and family.
The ying and yang of life: some scumbag steals your rent-a-bike costing you hundreds, and then you get an opportunity to win it back – congrats! Greg Norman should watch this and learn how not to choke.
Forget about the strike. I think it’s cool that you’re a 2 handed bowler.
