Up until a year ago I used to call it “undoing my laundry“. Like, doing it was putting it in the washer / dryer, and undoing it was folding it and putting it away.
Every time I fold my laundry, I put on the same song. Every time. It didn’t occur to me that that may be unusual until tonight.
For me, that song is Cold Fame by Band of Skulls.
It’s six minutes (which is always enough time) and makes me feel ready to go to bed, which is usually when I do my laundry.
I can’t be the only one with a laundry song, right?
