Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that Bansheemann7.com has been down for the last 28 days.

The once legendary blog that was tweeted by Clay Travis is up for renewal.

Why would anyone pay $18 a month to keep alive a shitty blog that hasn’t been updated in over two years?

That’s a good question.

None of the content is good. 90% of posts are just “I went on a run, then got blacked out, now I’m hungover” with comments from Mark and Gourlay saying how much I suck.

But it was pretty much my diary for all of my college / post college years. With almost 2000 posts spanning nearly 10 years, it feels like Bansheemann7 sort of represents a part of my past that has to be saved.

I was going to put up a poll asking if I should bring it back, but I don’t need to be embarrassed by the poll only getting six votes and all six votes saying don’t bring it back.

I paid the $18 to keep it alive for one more month. My plan is to somehow export all the posts and preserve it’s legacy. Maybe publish it as a book when I become famous.

I’ll look back at it in 40 years with my 11 kids, 14 grand kids, 60 cats, and laugh about how life used to be.

Long live bansheemann7.
