31.5 miles north to be exact. I don’t expect this move to transform my life, but I do expect it to drastically reduce my commute time. I’ve noticed that suburban life will be different than the city.
- You can’t walk everywhere for food
- People in Newtown are yuppies
- Driving on dark roads at night is dangerous with deer and police
- People are overweight and seem out of touch with reality (at least my reality)
This is what I gathered after being here for 2 days. I do expect to provide more observations as I continue my king’s quest through life.

What’s Next?
I plan on spending some time in Newtown and some in Philadelphia. Whichever way the wind gusts me, not blows me. It’s nice because I have two options and I can select whichever suits me. Clearly not having to ride in saves me about 90 minutes of my day. I’ve also noticed the mental anguish from driving makes me less irritable. This should improve my mental state and allow me to get more accomplished. Whether that’s true or not, we shall see.
Upcoming I’m heading to Spain and Germany in September and then to Slovakia in October. I’ve never been to Madrid, Ibiza, and will have a better feel for Oktoberfest this year. Who the hell knows what’s in Slovakia. Aside from the traveling I’ve been playing a bunch of golf and after a few lackluster round turned in an 83 yesterday with CK4. We played with a 20 year old who lost the soles off both of his golf shoes (from the trash), almost made a hole in one, and luck boxed an eagle. The magic of the public. I still want to complain about the tariffs and I like what is happening to Washington DC. I hope it sends a shockwave through other cities. What to do with the people? Get a job and stay off drugs? It’s the society’s fault! It’s always everyone else’s fault. Anyway, I will have more time blogging and should be able to provide more posts than the measly one a week.
