I imagine most people are using Outlook as their mail organizer. I’m sure smart people log directly into Gmail, but call me a creature of habit. Aside from the search function of Outlook being atrocious, this box is the absolute worst.
When it’s ticked off, it saves mail in drafts, which is fine except for the fact that you can’t delete them because:
The reason this annoys me is because then my outlook starts looking like this:
I don’t consider myself OCD, but I need these numbers to always read 0. When they don’t read zero, it means that my business is not complete. That drafts number will never go away and I can’t delete the drafts. Why they even get put into the drafts folder is a complete mystery. What’s worse though, is when I have a draft and want to save it, it can’t save. It deletes itself permanently. It’s all or nothing with Outlook.
Plus their search function sucks for me as it searches from old to new and the best solution is to click this button:





Oddly, using this program was the most annoying part of moon-lighting for you and Jeff this year. Perhaps it was simply my familiarity with gmail, but it does seem needlessly complicated.
