The Trump gif is more of a tongue in cheek before you freak out.
Here are a few examples of why some people, in this case athletes, are better than you…and everyone else.
Kobe’s Work Ethic
Here is a story about Kobe’s work ethic:

Antonio Brown Work Ethic
I’m a big Warren Sharp guy for the record.
This tweet is the difference between 0-16 and greatness.
In Cleveland: A receiver is struggling to catch the ball in practice. Hue “punishes” him by requiring him to catch *30* balls from the JUGS machine after practice. His coaches & the GM watch from folding chairs as he literally counts to 30.

Mike Tyson Work Ethis
More…
TIL Mike Tyson’s workout involved getting up at 4am for a 5-mile jog. Then he would do (cumulatively) 2000 sit-ups, 500 pushups, 500 dips, 500 shrugs and about 30 minutes of neck bridges daily. He repeated this 6 days a week. from r/todayilearned
You missed the rest of the workout, which is just as impressive:
In summary, this is what Mike Tyson’s typical workout looked like in a day:
- Woke up at 4 am – 3 to 5-mile jog
- Breakfast
- Sparring 10 to 12 rounds
- Calisthenics (push ups, dips, sit-ups and shrugs and 10 minutes of neck work )
- Lunch break
- Six rounds of sparring, bag work, slip bag, jump rope, pad work and speed bag.
- More calisthenics
- Shadow boxing focused on technique, often just one.
- More calisthenics
- Dinner
- Exercise Bike for cool down
- Study fights or training footage”
