I want to start by saying this – absolutely no one cares about your fantasy football team.

With that said, allow me to post about my fantasy football team.

I am not complaining. I am not saying that fantasy is unfair, that I am unlucky, or anything of that sort. I’m simply pointing out big facts about our fantasy league in the year of 2022 and how the Wamps might as well have put his $150 in the Powerball.

Here are the current standings:

Fact 1: 80% of ALL wins in the league come when the opponent puts up less than 100 points.

Fact 2: The table below shows how many times each player’s opponent put up less than 100 points, and how many of those games they won.

Fact 3: There have been 121 scores in the league excluding mine. 62 of them have been less than 100 points, which is 51%. Going against ONE sub 100 score in 11 weeks is the equivalent of flipping a coin and getting heads 10 times out of 11, or roughly 1/200.

Fact 4: If everyone in the league played my schedule, no one would be above .500.

Again, I’m not making excuses. Not asking for sympathy. I don’t want anyone to have the worst day at their job. I’ve only scored over 100 points 5 out of 11 weeks, so it’s not like my team is great. I’m just saying that I was destined for failure and I don’t think this season should reflect negatively on me as a fantasy owner.
