The formula for life isn’t confusing. Work hard. Don’t commit crimes. Be productive. If every human went down this path of meritocracy, I guarantee this country would be better. Instead we have 42 million people on food stamps. 42 million people can’t afford food? How many of those 42 million are excuse driven? I’m overweight and can’t walk. I don’t want to find a job. I have too many children and I can’t afford them, how did this happen? How many government programs are being taken advantage by way of fraud? Even through it all, this is STILL one of the best countries on the planet because our workers, the ones who still work, produce for all of us.
Then I read comments like the one below after going through Omar Fateh and it’s exactly what I think. Not only does he pledge loyalty to a foreign country, which should disqualify any citizen elect, it’s an outrageous platform. Imagine me running for office in Philadelphia and saying how much I love the Cowboys.
On Minneapolis Mayor Candidate Omar Fateh:
Just another extreme progressive/socialist able to get elected in a major urban city with promises of wealth redistribution and somehow people will magically stop committing crimes against each other because the City will prove free <fill in the blank>.
We’ve seen this movie in San Francisco, Chicago and Oakland and it ended badly with the Socialist/progressive mayor getting recalled or voted out. Oakland’s mayor was recalled and under criminal indictment for bribery. A billionaire heir to the Levi Strauss fortune is the new mayor of San Francisco after the previous progressive moron, London Breed, reduced the city to shit. Who gives a crap what Fateh’s charm is. Focus on the policies not the personalities.
Fateh wants to do exactly what the ousted Oakland and San Francisco mayors did. Same platform. I hope he wins. Will be great theatre to watch Minneapolis hit bottom.

Why Do I Care? And Do I Really Care?
When people read the comment they say, nah, it might work this time. You’re being rused by a charlatan. Of course it sounds great, “vote for me and I’ll give you $1,000,” think I can get in office? How are you falling for this? It’s nice we’ll see more prove me wrongs, but how many do you need to see?
Bring back hard work. Create jobs. Build communities. Pledging healthcare, freezing rents, and free transportation is absurd. Nothing in this world is free. Someone always pays for it. So when you’re the idiot voter thinking you’re getting free shit, you’re the person who’s ruining the country. The person who’s voting for these con artists. I don’t give a shit what color you are, be smarter. Align with principles that are not easy and hand outs. It works me up because it’s simple, yet, people don’t want to believe it. Any comment to what I’m writing is only an excuse. We’re not privileged like you. Our people’s history was tragic. Follow these other countries like Somalia and they are withered in crime, corruption, war, and poverty. I read an article in the WSJ saying be prepared to get robbed if you’re going to Johannesburg. America is not built like any other country on the planet. We rose to super stardom in 250 short years because of the Constitution and our people. Conservativism is conservative because we believe in what works, not pie in the sky bullshit that you read from these progressives. Get your head out of your ass.

Aside from having a voice here, the alternative to is say nothing which I undoubtedly think is worse. You can always say, “you don’t understand it”, or “the information is inaccurate”, but I’d rather have an opinion than pontificate forever because I’m too weak to say what I think. The bigger issue is not being true to yourself. Which finally brings me to why I care. When you see a fire, you’re supposed to alert others so they don’t get burned. This is my last political post on this topic with the elections (just kidding I’ll have to write one depending on who wins), I’ll move onto nicer topics like sports gambling and entertainment. I promise you I’m not truly worked up over other cities becoming shitholes, I’ll really get worked up when it’s my city turning into more of a shithole.
Amen brother – preach it! I have to go to NYC for my sister’s birthday in two weeks, and I don’t want to spend money in a city with their head so far up their ass they most likely will elect a guy who wants to globalize the intifada. We should not elect people to office who want to turn the US into the shitholes from which they fled!
