I understand there is a difference between Muslims and extremist groups, but I believe their way of life is vastly different from what I’ve grown up accustomed to. It does not appear to me that their value system is what has built America into the greatest country on Earth.
Why is Islam concerning? Islam is a monotheistic faith centered around belief in the one God (Allah). How does this differ from the values of America? If we believe you’re allowed to believe in any god, and they believe you have to believe in their god, you have your first hurdle. I know the terrorist organizations such as ISIS and Hamas will create issues for you on this point. I have no idea where their tolerance level lies at the local level. I’m sure it’s nowhere as violent.
How did we get here is a good question. Biden helped tremendously. Open border. Pay people to be here. Now they are settled, they vote for their own people. See NYC and Minneapolis. I can’t wait to see the demographic breakdown of this election. A huge amount of the voters are white, liberal women. Take away their comfy lives and replace it with a socialist shithole that is about to be created and see how much they like it. Point added, the wealthy will flee New York and move to Florida to accelerate the descent because you won’t even have anyone to tax. PLUS, he’s not even allowed to tax more to create the shit he’s promising. That’s the governor.

Exemplary, intelligent, communities give power to the individual and reward them for their achievements. There is no system that takes from the rich and gives to the poor that works. Of course the poor will vote for it! If your system rewards everyone the same, there is no reason to try harder. What’ll you’ll start to see is exactly what Ayn Rand wrote in Atlas Shrugged where the smart people exodus to their own island and leave the dolts to what they do best…crime, fighting, and drugs. I leave these posts asking myself if I’m being unfair to mankind and that I’m displaced in my viewpoints, then I read an illegal Afghan man murders a Brit walking his dog and I ask how many times I read the reverse where a Brit in Afghanistan murders a local.
